- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads, including phone, email, and text
- Conduct structured discovery conversations with families
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Schedule assessments, enrollments, and next steps
- Accurately document calls and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet daily activity goals and monthly conversion targets
- 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or lead conversion experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable with high call volume and consistent follow-up
- Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and defined processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Experience in senior care is a requirement
- Are comfortable speaking with families during emotional or stressful situations
- Enjoy asking questions, listening carefully, and offering solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Appreciate structure, accountability, and clear performance expectations
- Have an interest in senior care and helping families make informed decisions
Inside Sales Representative - Senior Care
We are a Denver-based senior care organization providing in-home care, assisted living placement, and related senior support services. Families contact us when they need guidance, support, and clear next steps. This position plays a critical role in helping families understand their options and engage the right services. Experience in senior care is a requirement
Compensation
Base: $52,000
On-target earnings: $75,000
Uncapped commission
Position Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, educate families on our services, and convert leads into scheduled assessments. This is a phone-based, fast-paced, and performance-driven role.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high call volume, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding families toward appropriate solutions.
