What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business through the sale of performing rights licenses to music users
- Identify, research, and pursue new business prospects according to a prescribed workflow
- Reach out to potential customers via proactive outbound calls and document activities in Salesforce
- Provide high levels of customer care and service to current and prospective licensees
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and productivity standards set for the Senior Licensing Manager role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, and B2B Sales
- Proactive and highly motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Proven proficiency in CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
