What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team focused on revenue growth for existing merchants and partners
- Collaborate with Vendor leads to develop sales training and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and enhance sales training materials and tools for Vendor partners
- Analyze and provide insights from a high volume of Vendor calls to identify growth opportunities
- Actively engage with partners to understand their goals and challenges to drive success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on relationship building
- Strong creativity and motivation with a passion for sales
- Ability to adapt quickly in a scaling startup environment
- Proficiency with sales and internal tools, including Salesforce and Google Apps
- Capacity to exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Familiarity with analytical tools and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to develop unique sales strategies based on partner needs
- Previous experience in training or coaching sales teams
