      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with marketing qualified leads through calls and emails to maximize retail sales
      - Generate first-time buyers and establish repeat customers by enhancing the customer experience
      - Maximize ancillary product revenue including warranties and financing options
      - Collaborate with the Wholesale team to identify suitable customers for wholesale/export opportunities
      - Prepare necessary paperwork efficiently and maintain proactive communication with management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience required
      - General knowledge and prior usage of CRM systems preferred
      - Strong verbal communication and listening skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on marketing and sales
      - Experience in the vehicle sales industry
      - Proven ability to negotiate effectively
      - Strong detail orientation with excellent follow-up practices
      - Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
