What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute institutional brand strategy and tactics in the assigned territory to maximize sales performance
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and outpatient accounts
- Create and monitor strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives
- Build trusted relationships with customers by addressing their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance AbbVie's value proposition within healthcare institutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, infusion, or diagnostic sales
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in sales with exceptional presentation skills
- In-depth scientific and competitive knowledge recognized by stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment with strong business acumen
