What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the execution of multiple healthcare integration projects simultaneously in accordance with data specifications and service level agreements
- Act as a technical resource for integration projects and offer process improvements
- Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to resolve interface-related updates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate regular testing of data received from vendors prior to production deployment
- Document project activities in Jira to support management reporting and stakeholder communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing integration projects
- Experience working with health data integration using HL7 (SIU), HIPAA X12 837, and/or CCDA
- Experience with top-tier ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience performing system testing (unit testing and/or user acceptance testing)
- Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce
- Knowledge of connectivity concepts, including SFTP and VPN
