      Internship Details to Know


      The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.

      Basics

      • The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 1st and end July 30th.
      • This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.
      • Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuing.
      • Sponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.
      • The deadline for internship applications is November 23, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.
      • Candidates will be informed of their status throughout our process, with final offers being extended in December 2025.

      Position Overview:
      We are seeking a self-directed IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor.

      Responsibilities:

      • Write and update knowledgebase documentation and standard operating procedures.
      • Triage, prioritize, escalate, and execute resolution on support requests daily in an organized, efficient, and expedited fashion.
      • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
      • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
      • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
      • Assist with projects as needed.
      • Assist with entering support requests into the helpdesk tracking system.
      • Perform other related duties as required or assigned by mentor


      Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
      • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent area
      • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
      • A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
      • Great interpersonal and presentation skills; the ability to effectively interact with various levels of personnel
      • Exceptional time management skills
      • Attention to detail and accuracy
      • A strong ability to build relationships with co-workers and keeping others informed
