  We are looking for an Intern HR Specialist (HBO or Bachelor level) to join our HR team in Neste Components.

  You have to be registered at a Dutch University during the Internship period!

  Our HR team manages the local HR for Neste in the commercial sector. We are responsible for attracting and retaining the right talent, ensuring great employee experience supporting the business goals.

  As an HR Specialist Intern you have a great opportunity to manage your own HR projects and tasks and gain a deeper working experience in a very international environment.

  The Internship is for a period of 6-9 months with flexibility to align on what fits your university requirement and schedule. The work would preferably start in the Fall semester 2023.

  Role responsibilities

  • Manage internship program and propose changes to ensure we are providing a great learning experience to future students

  • Support with coordinating employee onboarding process from hiring to induction

  • Support with organizing and facilitating workshops and trainings

  • Support with Talent Acquisition to provide excellent candidate experience

  • Support with general employee requests

  • Other project as assigned and based on interest, we can offer varied possibilities related to Culture, Operations, Digitalization & Reporting, Benefits, or Payroll
