Manage internship program and propose changes to ensure we are providing a great learning experience to future students

We are looking for an Intern HR Specialist (HBO or Bachelor level) to join our HR team in Neste Components.
You have to be registered at a Dutch University during the Internship period!
Our HR team manages the local HR for Neste in the commercial sector. We are responsible for attracting and retaining the right talent, ensuring great employee experience supporting the business goals.
As an HR Specialist Intern you have a great opportunity to manage your own HR projects and tasks and gain a deeper working experience in a very international environment.
The Internship is for a period of 6-9 months with flexibility to align on what fits your university requirement and schedule. The work would preferably start in the Fall semester 2023.
