      Job Summary: The Legal Department Intern will provide support to the Legal team, in administrative and research activities; while acquiring experience in the sector.

      Primary Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Support in drafting and reviewing contracts for all types of operations that the Company undertakes in the Real Estate sector.
      • Support in the search for information, legislation, precedents, document management, etc.
      • Support to the Legal Department in matters related to civil, real estate and administrative law
      • Database update
      • Contact with notaries for the organization of signatures before a Notary as well as Property Registries
      • Management and coordination of Agencies

      Qualifications

      Education:

      • Bachelor´s Degree in Spanish Law.
      • Currently enrolled in a Masters in Legal Practice program.

      Experience:

      • 0 – 6 months experience in Real State Law.

      Technical Skills:

      • C1 English and Spanish proficiency.
      • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

      Soft Skills:

      • Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
      • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
