      This internship provides hands-on experience in cGMP Quality Systems. This includes gathering and reviewing technical documentation, supporting training and testing programs, as well as LEF’s ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

      Core Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Assist in the preparation and execution of the Product Information Center (PIC) audit, including basic document review and compliance checks under supervision.
      • Help compile data for KPI reports to monitor quality metrics and drive process improvement efforts.
      • Support the GMP training program by assisting in completing GMP Training handbook.
      • Review and update existing SOPs with guidance from Senior QA Specialist.
      • Support various testing programs including but not limited to Stability testing, GMO testing and other 3rd party testing programs.
      • Provide support for Change Control (CC) processes, including documentation organization and tracking.
      • Assist with Finished Product Specification Program (FPSP) support, including data collection, specification review, and process alignment.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
      • Provides support in the review and approval of written materials and technical documents
      • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position

      Position Requirements:

      • Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/University with a concentration in STEM majors
      • Ability to interact with associates on all levels and communicate effectively across several functional areas
      • Strong organization skills and detail oriented
      • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
