- Vendor Data Normalization:
Clean and normalize large property management vendor datasets using Excel, AI-assisted tools, and manual validation to improve data accuracy and usability. - Salesforce Data Hygiene:
Support cleanup and consolidation of Salesforce data sourced from multiple systems (e.g., virtual cards, EPP, customer datasets currently tracked in spreadsheets) to improve reporting and confidence in CRM data. - Documentation Modernization:
Convert a large, detailed RN playbook (60+ pages) from Word into a wiki or online knowledge base; gather and incorporate feedback from registered nurses to improve usability and adoption. - RFP Content Cleanup:
Review and cleanse the RFP response database to remove customer-specific references and ensure content is standardized, reusable, and future-ready. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate outputs, and present project outcomes.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly for future use.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Interest in data normalization, analytics, and process improvement
- Exposure to or interest in:
- SQL and relational databases
- Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- AI-assisted data or productivity tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teammates
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or in progress of in Business, Data Analytics focus.

Overview:
This internship offers hands-on experience working on real business problems involving data hygiene, process improvement, and analytics. The intern will support multiple teams by cleaning, organizing, and improving large datasets and internal documentation used across Sales, Operations, and Client Delivery. Projects will combine technical tools, critical thinking, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
