      Internship Program

      Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike.       Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

      Location: This position will be based out of our Manufacturing Facility in Lexington, KY.

      Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $23.00 per hour.

      Description

      • The Manufacturing Intern will provide support to the Manufacturing team through the application of core analysis & engineering techniques, including process flow design & mapping, productivity measures & time studies, data collection, and computational.
      • Dates of Internship: June 2nd - August 8th 2025

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with Inventory Control to understand material/data flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using available technology.
      • Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
      • Work with and through others for the analysis of production problems, their solution, and the effective and successful implementation of the solution .
      • Implement lean manufacturing methods for identifying production needs.
      • Present to management on experience at the completion of the Intern period
      • All other duties or projects as assigned

      Qualifications

      • The qualified candidate will be working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field at a college or university located in Kentucky
      • Demonstrated ability to research, review and analyze information from various sources.
      • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and related computer skills.
