  Internship Disciplines

  • Technology and Innovation: Interns support technology and innovation initiatives by contributing to process improvements, data analysis, and digital solutions. They may assist in digital transformation projects, identify innovation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Human Resources (HR): Interns support Human Resources teams in activities related to talent processes, employee experience, and HR operations. They may assist with data management, coordination of HR initiatives, internal communications, and support projects that contribute to engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Interns gain experience in ensuring product quality and regulatory adherence by assisting with audits, documentation, and risk assessments.
  • Finance and Accounting: Interns assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting business decision-making.
  • Manufacturing: Interns support day-to-day manufacturing operations, process improvements, and quality and safety initiatives within a production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement projects.

  Benefits

  • Monthly $550,000 CRC internship allowance

  Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited higher education institution or university (a certificate or academic transcript from the university will be required).
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
