  Salary:

  $19.05/hr

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  · Outstanding customer service.

  · Articulate and superior communication abilities.

  · Organizational skills.

  · Proficient with MS Office – Excel – Outlook.

  · Strong office skills are necessary as this position requires typing, printing, scanning, copying, data entry, report updating, filing, and scheduling of truck loads and appointments.

  · Weekly cycle counts.

  · Operates a scissor lift to heights of fifteen plus feet.

  · Works in temperature control environments.

  · Troubleshoots and communicates issues (researches miss pick issues).

  · Process customer’s daily orders in WMS.

  · Complete daily print requests for the warehouse to meet customer requirements.

  · Updates and supports daily excel spreadsheets.

  · Escalates inventory related issues to appropriate Penske and Customer support staff.

  · Additional responsibilities might be added depending on the needs of the operations.

  
  
  

  Qualifications:
  
  

  • 2 years of general office experience required
  
  

  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  
  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  
  

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  
  

  • AS400 experience preferred
  
  

  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
