The Inventory Control Analyst supports QVC and maintains and reports supply and inventory levels for materials and products in the Distribution Center. You will work onsite and report to the Site Quality Operations Manager.
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Ontario, CA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Analyze inventory-related statistics to identify problems and correct inventory variances.
Design and update inventory reports using spreadsheet/database software, including Excel (for complex functions), Microsoft Access, and WMS.
Create reports, presentations, and analyze data utilizing MS Office Platform (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Research the root causes of the largest back orders and financial adjustments, and escalate findings
Strong computer competence
Proficient in analyzing inventory data
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Experience with the practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and SQL is highly preferred.
The Inventory Control Analyst researches inventory discrepancies/irregularities, reconciles errors and documents research findings. They compile and review research and are responsible for creating reports and supplying data to key stakeholders in order to make informed data driven business decisions. Other noteworthy responsibilities include keying return to vendor (RTV) and liquidation ship orders and maintaining and updating standard operating procedures as necessary. The inventory control analyst may be assigned projects or provide similar reporting support for other locations across the network.Your Opportunity, Your Team
