      • 1st shift hours: 8A –; 4:30PM, OT when workload / demand is high
        • 12 hour days can occur when volumes are high.
        • Attendance is crucial, especially during the first 3 months
        • Depending on operational volumes –; IC may adjust schedule to perform cycle counts outside of operational hours
        • Weekend work is expected when needed –; advance notice is given
      • The facility is 150,000 sq. ft. and is not climate controlled.
      • Peak season is Nov-Dec during which hours worked are increased per day.
      • Inventory Team on site consists of 2 associates (Group Coordinator and Inventory Control Clerk)
      • Heavy interaction with customer on site; a level of professionalism is required
      • IC Responsibilities and position summary:
        • Productivity standards consist of completing the “Inventory Specialist” checklist daily,
        • IC role on site has high visibility from customer in maintaining site inventory
        • Reporting all inventory issues / challenges found
        • Support daily research / investigation of inventory errors
        • Weekly IC meetings to discuss inventory status
        • 100% of inventory must be cycle counted each month
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office

      Role Purpose:

      Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

      Key Accountabilities:

      • Maintain inventory records.
      • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
      • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
      • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
      • Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

      Required Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
      • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
