What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage stock levels at branches to ensure customer demand is met in collaboration with various teams
- Monitor inventory levels, vendor performance, and relevant KPIs to identify and address variances from goals
- Analyze root causes of inventory issues and recommend actions for improvement
- Execute stock rebalancing strategies to mitigate customer backorders
- Participate in urgent vendor shipments and coordinate with stakeholders on inventory health status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in Supply Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, or a related field
- Experience using inventory or supply planning systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data-driven results effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or a related field
- Previous experience using SAP and knowledge of database applications such as Access
- Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in healthcare or medical supplies manufacturing or distribution
- Preferred APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
