      Inventory Replenishment Manager

Location: Sheboygan, WI or Springdale, AR (corporate offices)
      Category: Supply Chain
Type: Full-Time, Exempt, On-site or Hybrid

Rockline Industries, a privately held leader in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an experienced Inventory Replenishment Manager to join our Supply Chain team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex supply challenges, and want to make a measurable impact with a company that values people as much as performance, this is an opportunity to consider.

Rockline is built on our RRITE values—Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. As a privately held organization, we take a long-term view in how we support our people, our customers, and the communities we serve. We’re big enough to offer opportunities for growth and impact, yet small enough that your work truly matters.

      What You’ll Do

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee replenishment processes that directly influence customer satisfaction, cost performance, and overall supply chain excellence. You will manage key tools, data, and people to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

      • Manage approximately $50M in finished goods inventory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
      • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies while collaborating with Sales and Supply Planning.
      • Develop and implement new tools, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across replenishment and inventory functions.
      • Serve as a superuser for Logility and JDE within replenishment and inventory management.
      • Identify and address out-of-sync supply/demand scenarios to reduce excess, aged, and obsolete inventory.
      • Oversee inventory settings, new item setup, and cross-dock inventory movement through port operations.
      • Lead co-packing scheduling processes for finished goods displays.
      • Manage transfer order accuracy to maintain balance sheet integrity.
      • Reduce backorders and elevate service performance for internal and external customers.
      • Support new business unit teams as new JDE branch plants are created.
      • Train and mentor associates across the organization on JDE and Logility processes.
      • Lead Rockline’s Supply Chain internship program and manage Replenishment Coordinator and Supply Chain Service Analyst activities.
      • Prioritize department projects, fulfill data requests, and ensure adherence to Rockline safety and RRITE values.

      What You Bring

You’re analytical, process‑minded, and naturally collaborative—someone who thrives in a matrix environment and enjoys leading others.

      • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
      • 4+ years of experience in distribution, planning, or supply chain.
      • Strong knowledge of JDE or other ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
      • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify true root causes.
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, dynamic reports, large datasets, macros).
      • Strong understanding of supply planning concepts, changeovers, and throughput optimization.
      • Effective communication skills and experience leading teams.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
      • Continuous improvement or Six Sigma experience preferred.

Travel to Wisconsin/Arkansa sites possible in this role.
