      As an Investment Proposition Manager, your mission is to support the Wealth Strategy Program and Chief Investment Office led initiatives for ANZ Private by bringing high energy, a collaborative approach and a growth mindset to the challenges we face in transforming the way ANZ Private serves our current and future clients.

      Role Location: Melbourne and Sydney

      Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full time (40 hours/week)

      What will your day look like?

      As Investment Strategy Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

      • Support the Head of Investment Proposition by aiding in strategic implementation

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and initiatives

      • Take ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude

      • Manage and prioritize multiple projects across various streams, ensuring timely delivery

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, to drive collaboration and project success

      • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, overseeing project documentation, roadmaps, and milestones, and ensuring effective project tracking and reporting

      • Utilize PowerPoint to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

      • Conduct data analysis using Excel, interpreting and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, supporting informed decision-making

      What will you bring?

      To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

      • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

      • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across functions to deliver successful projects

      • Positive attitude and adaptability to take on special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities

      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various project streams

      • Effective stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels

      • Highly responsive and proactive, taking own initiative to drive progress and overcome obstacles

      • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations to effectively communicate information

      • Strong analytical skills, including experience in conducting business analysis using Excel

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and insights clearly and concisely through PowerPoint presentations
