- Support implementation of the VP IR's strategic plan for investor relations and liaison with investors and analysts.
- Support the development of key external communications that support the overall positioning of the company/group.
- Extensive collaboration with management and function heads to develop communications materials.
- Support the development of key investor relations materials including press releases, corporate presentations, conference call scripts and Q&A documents.
- Prepare and deliver external corporate documents (annual reports, sustainability reports, shareholder guide, etc.).
- Oversee investor relations agenda, including investor conferences, events and roadshows.
- Follow up on financial analyst reports and financial publications.
- Monitor stock prices and major stock market developments.
- Building strategic data sets for analysis and future planning.
- Preparing management and board reports.
- Liaise with senior management across the organization.
- Good understanding and experience in corporate finance, equity markets and/or internal investor relations.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, investment banking (advisory, research or equity sales) or management consulting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong understanding of financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and be part of a broader team.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail with excellent planning and forecasting abilities.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties, especially in a global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Average to advanced skills with computer software, including Excel and other accounting packages.
- Fluent in English, with French and Dutch an advantage.
