      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise application development and system administration teams, providing leadership and mentorship
      - Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications and Azure integration
      - Establish development roadmaps and align them with the agency's technology objectives
      - Develop custom reports and user interfaces, ensuring ADA compliance and security
      - Coordinate with various vendors to implement and maintain integrations and system upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Seven (7) years of professional information technology experience in applications development
      - Two (2) years of experience leading a Salesforce application team on medium to large scale development efforts
      - Four (4) years of experience in integrating and interfacing PaaS, SaaS, and COTS solutions
      - Experience in a Microsoft-based environment for four (4) years
      - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and enterprise application principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Microsoft Azure governance and administration
      - Familiarity with Salesforce DX deployment life cycle
      - Background in data governance and principles of data management
      - Experience working with IT security best practices and policies
      - Knowledge of the Salesforce product suite as a developer and administrator
