      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for all client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
      - Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues using remote tools while providing professional support
      - Accurately document all work and communications in the ticketing system and maintain client documentation
      - Regularly review alerts from Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools and perform proactive maintenance
      - Assist the project team with implementation tasks, including client onboarding and hardware migrations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passion for technology and problem-solving
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
      - Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong typing skills
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PSA and RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Atera)
      - Previous experience at a help desk or Managed Service Provider (MSP)
      - Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration experience
      - IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, ITIL)
      - Client service or help desk certifications (e.g., Help Desk Habits)
