What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Microsoft's suite of business applications and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system
- Address time-sensitive issues promptly while managing multiple requests
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure customer environments are stable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk environment or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Knowledge of Revit, Windows and/or Apple operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Hypervisor technology, and networking principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory and Remote Desktop
- Certification in relevant technology within six months of hiring
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience in process management and improvement initiatives
