      THE JIST:
      The Product Owner - Data works hand in hand with the data & analytics to bring various Business Intelligence (i.e. reports, cubes, data sets, dashboards, data feeds) offerings to fruition on behalf of Dave and Busters or 3rd party partners.
      THE ESSENTIALS:
      •SME in Agile – SCRUM methodology
      •Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet business requirements
      •Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
      •Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
      •Determine roadmaps for features in the creation phase
      •Schedule and lead meetings to identify requirements, issues and fixes for projects

      SCOPE:
      •Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
      •Owns the product roadmap.
      •Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
      •Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
      •Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
      •Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
      •Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
      •Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
      •Assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
      •Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
      •Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
      •Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
      •Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.

      THE GOODS:
      •Identify, prioritize, and execute the activities required to support corporate strategies, priorities, and special initiative projects
      •Collaborate and coordinate with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues
      •Build and maintain business landscape knowledge to provide solid foundational context for critical strategic projects

      THE GOODS CONT.
      •Demonstrated track-record of successfully leading ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams. Resourceful in tracking down information and answers
      •Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.
      •Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
      •Knows how to define the product roadmap.
      •Effective problem-solving, statistical, and business judgment skills, with the ability to translate quantitative analysis into business recommendations
      •Overall understanding of technologies used in the product.
      •Communicate and generate support for recommendations among business leaders across the organization
      •Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), pricing and/or business strategy
      •Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
      •MBA degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Software Engineering
      •5+ years of experience as a Product Owner OR SCRUM Master
      •Experience working for Strategy consulting firm
      •Experience with:
      •Design thinking product development methodologies
      •Proficient in business case development and ability to ‘sell’ the idea
      •Creative execution
      •Technology execution
      •Agile methodology concepts
      •Experience defining & managing product budgets
      •Exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
      •Excellent written & verbal communication skills
      •Ability to manage large & small initiatives
      •Must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure.
      •Demonstrate accountability, prioritize tasks, and consistently in delivery
      •Show a desire to learn and dedicated to professional development
      •Have experience with Azure DevOps
      Preference For Candidates with
      •CSM
      •CPO
      •Experience in restaurant / gaming industry
      •Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
