  Job Description

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  As the IT Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for the management of the organization's portfolio of interdependent IT programs and projects. Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Supervises individual project managers and oversees the project scope change approval process. Provides accurate allocations of resources throughout the program or project. Leads multi-disciplinary teams composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs and projects. Partners with the technical team to identify IT solutions that meets Lennox policies and business requirements. Executes a wide range of Business Analyst activities including the development of detailed requirements, user stores and user acceptance criteria. Acts as project manager for multiple, concurrent projects and programs.

  Qualifications

  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years of related experience.
  • Requires a good understanding of the business cases behind the company's portfolio of projects.
  • Strong experiential knowledge of project planning methodologies.
  • Requires familiarity with a wide range of technologies and systems.
  • Possess highly specialized knowledge of specific technologies, possibly as the company's expert.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
  • Requires demonstrated experience in a BA or BSA role
  • Possess project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
