- Project Management; leading projects and using standard project mgmt tools
- Experience implementing Empower and Cloud implementations will be a huge plus.
- Working in GxP environments
- Working with GxP QC Lab technology
- Experienced with LIMS Lab Vantage, ELN for Lab Information Systems would be plus.
- Strong, deep IT experience with a proven track record in delivering and operating technological solutions. Skills required, include:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong System & Validation Development Lifecycle knowledge
- Knowledge with Computer System Validation
- Experience with Waters Empower implementations preferred
- Experience with other QC Lab Systems
- Client-server environments, hosted solutions, SaaS, web-enabled applications
- Application Support and Administration. Application Support Models.
- Customer engagement/focus skills
- Strong Communication & Problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated capacity for learning, applying new technologies
- Strong teamwork is essential and the flexibility to change gears when needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• Approximate experience or equivalent knowledge and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities
• 5 to 7 years Project management role experience
• 5+ years of technology role experience in a pharmaceutical environment
