      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver annual budget formulation documents in collaboration with customer Tech leadership and agency budget staff
      - Perform comprehensive tracking and monitoring for a $90M+ annual IT budget, ensuring financial transparency and compliance
      - Prepare responses to budget information requests from customer Tech leadership, agency leadership, and OMB
      - Deliver strategic, cost-saving recommendations to influence budget allocation adjustments
      - Coordinate with senior leadership and external oversight bodies on budget-related matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7+ years of financial analysis and budget management experience in federal government environments
      - Minimum 4+ years of direct experience with federal budget formulation, execution, and CPIC processes
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in federal budget management and financial analysis
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA, CFA, or federal financial management certifications
      - Previous experience managing large IT budgets within federal agencies
      - Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control processes and IT portfolio management
      - Experience with business intelligence tools for financial reporting and dashboard development
      - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field
