Job Description

- Good grasp of the Love, Bonito brand and unique proposition
- A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team.
- Provide 1st level desktop, network and application support
- Support and troubleshoot software and hardware equipment needs across both HQ and store
- Follow and can make a checklist for future references
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues
- Support and maintain physical security systems such as CCTV, door access etc.
- Liaise with internal teams for a better resolution of problems and reducing knowledge gaps
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding and exit process from an IT standpoint
- Availability for at least 3 months
- Basic Networking Skills
- Knowledgeable of both Hardware and Software
- Basic knowledge of Operating System, MS Office 365, or Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of systems and applications
- IT Graduate or currently studying any Information Technology field or equivalent
- Willingness to learn new things

The Role
You will deep-dive into our IT department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team, and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific anchor project.
