      Salary Range: $27.00 - $33.00 Hourly

      Description

      The IT Technician will provide technical support and assistance to computer users. The position involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network problems users encounter. Duties also include troubleshooting agency site networks.

      • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve end user’s IT issues
      • Set up new computers/laptops.
      • Troubleshoot desktops and laptops
      • Troubleshoot networking issues at agency sites.
      • Knowledge of Active Directory required.
      • Drive to sites as needed to resolve end user IT issues that require an in-person visit.
      • Drive to sites as needed to resolve IT infrastructure issues.
      • Able to physically install networking equipment when necessary (access points, network switches, etc.)
      • Take initiative on learning agency SaaS platforms.
      • Work with the rest of IT team to collaborate on solutions.
      • Troubleshoot issues with full O365 suite (Outlook, teams, sharepoint, one drive)
      • Maintain asset inventory and utilized asset tracking platform.
      • Troubleshoot phone issues (VoIP, PBX)
      • Be able to perform remote troubleshooting using LogMeIn, over the phone and email.
      • Develop a thorough understanding of agency-specific technology (payroll setup, email system, infrastructure, site layouts, etc)
      • Performing other duties as assigned in order to fulfill the objectives of this position.

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree and any of the following certifications: CompTIA A+ / AZ-900 — Azure Fundamentals / MS-900 — Microsoft 365 Fundamentals / SC-900 — Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Required
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
    • Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 applications.
    • Comprehension of networking, hardware and application systems.
    • Occasional work after hours or weekends.
    • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
