  Your purpose:

  Janitorial Team Members will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a clean and safe environment for employees, members and guests.

  Compensation: Starting at $12.00/hour + Potential monthly bonus

  Shift Availability: Weekend availability or open availability.

  What You will do:

  • Fully detail floors of entire facility by mopping and handling backpack vacuum

  • Fully detail the locker rooms including the showers, restrooms, saunas and locker areas

  • Fully detail all gym equipment (may require tilting machines with a cleaning partner)

  • Clean high walls and air vents, empty trash, & maintain cleaning supplies inventory

  • Follow and adhere to the club inspection sheets

  What You will bring to the team:

  • Friendliness, generosity and compassion

  • A “Whatever It Takes” attitude; going above and beyond to complete the job and ensure the cleanliness of the club

  • Physical effort required to lift supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50 lbs

  • Follows all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times

  • Must be at least 18 years old
