      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute design activities for assigned projects, both independently and as a project team leader
      - Schedule, organize, and direct other engineers, designers, and subcontractors in project activities
      - Prepare or oversee the preparation of scopes of work, project schedules, and cost estimates
      - Lead quality and design review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
      - Ensure compliance with technical standards and project execution procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the utility industry or related heavy industrial engineering projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, including Microsoft Project
      - Strong understanding of project management tools and project control principles
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP Certification is desirable but not required
      - Proven leadership experience managing engineering and design teams in a consulting environment
