      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and network equipment
      - Provide hardware and software support for personal computers
      - Connect personal computers and terminals to existing data networks
      - Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems and resolve them or escalate as needed
      - Maintain network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs; instruct users on PC and network usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma plus advanced training and 2-3 years of experience in technical support
      - Ability to work on semi-routine assignments with occasional deviations from accepted practices
      - Capability to assist and train less experienced personnel
      - Must possess an active Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with basic PC, PBX, and network software programming
      - Familiarity with maintaining network diagrams and circuit records
      - Previous experience in a government technical support environment
