      Responsibilities

      Responsible for building and maintaining the day-to-day operation of computer networks and telecommunication infrastructure Diversicare relies on. Exposure to SD-WAN technology. Individual supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to the multi-site enterprise WAN and LAN and VOIP infrastructure. Responsible for network monitoring, end-user support and direct interface with telecommunications vendors and networking vendors. Summary of experience required: 1+ years of Network Support experience with an understanding of enterprise networking TCP/IP, network operating systems, and network software applications including Microsoft applications and numerous 3rd party applications. The candidate will play a key role in shaping future network and infrastructure architecture.

    • Monitors and maintains voice and data circuits.
    • Manages the SD-WAN and Mitel phone systems.
    • Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
    • Monitors and administers the network, keeping system information up to date
    • Loads and updates software applications as required.
    • Manage deployment of field service technicians through a third-party vendor.
    • Manage and escalate issues to internal parties and external vendors.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications

    • 1-year hands-on experience: network and Internet technologies, including SD-WAN and dynamic routing protocols.
    • 1- year experience with switches, routers, firewalls.
    • 1+ years hands-on experience: Enterprise VOIP phone system.
    • Experience in the use of advanced networking tools and utilities such Auvik or ControlUp.
    • 2+ years' experience: Microsoft applications including AD, Win10, MS Exchange, remote access tools, software distribution, network mapping.
    • Exposure to Fortinet stack: Fortigate, Fortiswitch, FortiAP and Fortimanager.
    • Reasoning Ability
    • Experience triaging internal and external resources.
    • Self-motivator with solid problem-solving skills
    • Good verbal and written communications
    • Self-sufficient working problems/issues but understands the importance with involving leadership and/or other peers or IT teams when necessary
    • Certifications: Fortinet NSE 45 preferred, not required.
