A journey of growth and acceleration that includes both technical and theorical training moments to be alternated with on-the-job training sessions with the steady coaching of three different key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor and a Buddy;

Identify, and agree strategies for, clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
Support and manage of the customer portfolio
Develop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives.
Support clients in the management, analysis and evaluation of insurable risks;
Controlling and reporting;
Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
Assist in expanded and business development activities;
Monitor and use of management software;

University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
Fluency in English and in Italian;
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
A strong interest in the area of insurance brokerage and risk management;
A hands-on problem-solving approach, with a resilient, flexible and innovative mindset;
Being a great team player, a relationship builder and an excellent communicator;
Self-motivation, ambition and goal-orientation.

The Affinity Business Segment is responsible in Marsh for groups of individuals having homogeneous characteristics and insurance needs (such as professional associations, sports associations, large employees or public authority, etc.), with revenues up to 25 million.
The Affinity Team supports customers in analyzing their needs, identifying an affinity insurance scheme and finding customized solutions based on their specific risk profiles.
