      ITA is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

      Responsibilities

      We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This entry-level position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to launch their careers in data analysis. The successful candidate will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

      Responsibilities:
      • Assist in gathering and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
      • Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
      • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
      • Support the team in standardizing data sets and ensuring data quality.
      • Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business needs and provide insights.
      • Document analytical processes and maintain accurate records of data sources.
      • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and findings.


      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
      • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
      • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
      • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

      Desired Qualifications:
      • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
      • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and software.
      • Knowledge of data management best practices including SQL.
      • Prior internship or coursework in data analysis or a related area is beneficial.
      • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

      Pay range for this position is $107,000 - $115,000 annually.

      This position has a broad compensation range due to the complexities of government contracting, including contract pricing, labor category requirements, funding parameters, and varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications
