      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process personnel and payroll actions, including keying payroll documents and processing leave audits
      - Research waiver and hearing requests related to HR topics and maintain employee files
      - Provide administrative support to managers and program staff, including calendar management and travel arrangements
      - Conduct desk audits and prepare evaluation reports on position management and classification actions
      - Assist in developing guidance and training materials for managers and employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required OR 3 years of federal Human Resources experience as an equivalent
      - Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident and reside in the United States or its Territories
      - Knowledge of Health and Human Services Guidelines for federal drug testing if applicable to the task order
      - Ability to travel by air as required for the position
      - Strong written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Delegated Examining Certification and/or HRM Certificate from an accredited academic institution
      - Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite
      - Advanced presentation and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with industry best practices and advanced knowledge of various HR-related systems
      - Exceptional time management skills
