- Responsible for orientation and onboarding of all new hires.
- Assist with the team member termination process and all paperwork associated – completing the process for the HRBP’s.
- Process and track all education approval forms and reimbursements.
- Run weekly QA new hire reports and payroll reports.
- Provide support to team members with items such as retirement gifts, flowers, the LinQuest package to new hires, births and awards.
- Handle HR purchase orders and processing of invoices.
- Responsible, in conjunction with HR leadership, for the annual Day of Service.
- Assist with, and conduct, troubleshooting through Rapid Response for HRIS problems.
- Assist with performing HR operations duties on a professional level.
- Handle all administrative tasks for the team.
- Work closely with other HR team members supporting the overall mission of the organization.
- Answer questions or concerns regarding company benefits, policies, practices and regulations.
- Reconcile/validate data entry to ensure data integrity in the HRIS and support routine reporting requests. This includes running monthly reports.
- Keep team member records up-to-date by processing team member status changes in the HRIS system in a timely fashion.
- Assist with supporting initiatives and activities for team members and manager training, which is facilitated by HR.
- Grow knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with Federal and State laws and mitigate risk to the company by staying abreast of current HR practices and changes in employment law, then promptly addressing any gaps in company’s existing policies and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Work closely with HR leadership to build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist with providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assist updating the team member guidebook and company policies.
- Assist with developing process for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assist with developing implementation plans for HR programs and effectively communicate to leaders and team members.
- Participate in annual benefits renewal process and assist with open enrollment as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional work groups to gain and offer HR insight on business and operational challenges.
- Complete the tasks assigned by HR leadership.
- Document steps of work.
- Perform job at the level necessary to support the organization.
- BA/BS in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years in HR administration.
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, federal and even multinational employment laws.
- Understanding of task prioritization and complete all tasks accurately and on time.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office and other required tools.
- Take ownership of tasks.
- Understand company and customer requirements.
- End-user technology skills with HR software and platforms, such as HRIS (UKG) or workforce management systems.
- Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of standard computer applications and tools.
- Communicates clearly to others and actively listens.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Shows initiative by learning new skills and tasks in the enterprise services specialty.

- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required.
LinQuest is seeking a Jr. HRBP II to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO or Herndon, VA. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required.
The HR Associate/Junior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Associate II assists with aligning business objectives with team members and management in designated business units. You will assist with delivering value-added service to management and team members that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
To be successful, you will develop existing business partnering skills, thrive in a culture of change, and have the ability to build credibility as a knowledgeable and trusted HR team member. As the Jr. HRBP II, you will work in conjunction with the HR leadership to support the leaders and team members of the HR team and the company.

Compensation for Colorado: Starting salary ranges from approximately $62,507 to $70,321 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
