      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns by analyzing lead quality and sharing performance feedback
      - Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitors to identify opportunities for campaign decisions
      - Review and approve ad creatives to ensure compliance with company guidelines
      - Place, test, and troubleshoot postbacks to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
      - Monitor key performance metrics and help identify optimization opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data and reporting
      - Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
