What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to discuss important topics and raise funds for various organizations
- Engage in sales activities, including selling memberships, products, or services
- Utilize computer skills to manage calls and navigate required software
- Maintain exceptional conversational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Participate in virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts, including a weekend day
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a home office or dedicated quiet workspace free from distractions
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal success
- Identity verification with a current, valid photo ID on the first day of training
- Successful completion of a background check prior to commencing phone duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales or call center environment
- Familiarity with using dual monitors for enhanced productivity
- Previous remote work experience
- Strong technical skills to troubleshoot common issues with equipment and software
