Job Description

- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Love of all animals and desire to work with them daily
- Ability to work in varied climate conditions
- Ability to work hard and perform duties such as feeding, cleaning and laundry in addition to pet care
- Flexible availability for scheduling-weekends and holidays are required
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and nail trimming
- Monitor and record important information about the animals’ conditions, behavior and habits (elimination, eating, etc.)
- Must have computer skills, including a working knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets.
- Must possess strong communication skills, good judgment and be able to manage stressful situations
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and canine behavior
- Physical stamina to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods of time
- Supervise group play sessions, ensuring safe and fun interactions for all guests
- Pay range of $14-$16/hr. based on experience
