  Your opportunity

  Kering Imagination Lab is a set of initiatives launched in 2022 with the aim of spreading innovation and the desire to innovate within the Kering Group. Kering Imagination Lab is a structure that highlights start-ups, entrepreneurship culture and disruptive methodologies among Kering’s employees. Kering Imagination Lab is also a showcase of internal initiatives deployed within the Digital and Innovation departments, which it promotes. Finally, Kering Imagination Lab aims to acculturate by highlighting inspiring profiles coming from other industries, startups, Tech Leaders but also to support the launch of innovative projects in a cross-brands dynamic (Hackathon, Serious Game, Design Fiction, Startups demoday). The Kering Imagination Lab has been kicked off by Evan Spiegel (CEO Snapchat) and since then many inspiring speakers have come to share their expertise at the Lab (José Neves - CEO Farfetch, Fanny Moizant and Sophie Hersan - Co-founder Vestiaire Collective, Miranda Qu - President & Co-founder Little Red Book, Julian Holguin - Doodles, Asher Rapkin - META).

  For this reason, we are currently seeking an Kering Imagination Lab Intern to join Kering Innovation team for 6 months, starting from April 2023.

  How you will contribute

  Spread and deploy the Lab's ambition around innovative projects: Promote the Lab's initiatives internally within Kering / Iterate on the different communication supports and diversify the content (mail, Workplace, etc.) / Monitore and track the level of engagement within the sessions of the lab

  Identification of new opportunities/contribution for Kering Imagination Lab: Meet internal contributors (Kering) to come at Kering Imagination Lab / Identify external candidates from the ecosystem (startups, GAFA, Other Industries)

  Event project management – Innovation, Communication & Events / Participate in the co-creation of projects/events, coordinate them and ensure the operational running of the Kering Imagination Lab sessions: Work with the different stakeholders of the Lab, External (startups, digital & creative agencies, speakers) and Internal (HR, Sustainability, Digital, Tech) / Helping to monitor the progress of the Lab's projects / Launching innovative projects: coordinating the various stakeholders and managing the organizational aspect of events related to the Kering Imagination Lab / Follow-up and monitoring of sessions (KPI) / Ensure a high level of satisfaction and to meet participant’s expectations

  Manage the communication of the innovation team internally: Prepare communication materials and diversify the approach to communicate / Participate in the evolution of the Lab's mission and its internal/external influence / Prospecting around key events in the Innovation ecosystem (identification of startups and partners of the Lab) / Organize knowledge sharing sessions within the Innovation team

  Who are you?

  Master's degree or equivalent

  Previous internship in strategy, consulting, innovation & startups (VC, Accelerators)

  A very good communicator and good interpersonal skills

  Ability to manage end-to-end projects

  Excellent level of English (written and oral)

  Autonomy and initiative. Have a strong creative potential

  A strong culture of Innovation and Digital

  A strong appetite for the field of events and communication

  Mastery of standard office tools (excel, powerpoint, memo word, etc.) and collaborative tools (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)

  Excellent interpersonal skills: team spirit, flexibility, enthusiasm.

  Strong interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem

  Great rigor, organization, versatility and structuring

  Strong Analytical skills and ability to synthesize

  Pour accélérer et asseoir sa position de leader, Kering souhaite anticiper l’impact que les nouvelles technologies auront sur la chaîne de valeur traditionnelle du luxe. Dans ce cadre, Kering a lancé une initiative stratégique autour de l’innovation avec la création d’une Direction de l’innovation Groupe reportant directement au membre du Comité Exécutif en charge du Digital et de la Relation Client.

  Kering Imagination Lab est une initiative lancée en 2022 dans le but de diffuser l'innovation et l'envie d'innover au sein du groupe Kering. Kering Imagination Lab est une structure qui met en avant les startups et la culture entrepreneuriale en inspirant les collaborateurs du Groupe et en les sensibilisant aux méthodologies agiles. Kering Imagination Lab a également pour but de promouvoir les initiatives internes déployées au sein des départements du Digital et de l’Innovation. Enfin, le Kering Imagination Lab vise à acculturer en mettant en avant des profils, des industries ou des startups inspirantes, mais aussi à soutenir le lancement de projets innovants dans une dynamique multi-marques (Hackathon, Serious Game, Design Fiction, Startups Demoday). Le Kering Imagination Lab a été lancé par Evan Spiegel (CEO Snapchat) et depuis de nombreux intervenants inspirants sont venus partager leur expertise au Lab (José Neves - CEO Farfetch, Fanny Moizant et Sophie Hersan - Co-fondatrice Vestiaire Collective, Miranda Qu - Présidente & Co-fondatrice Little Red Book, Julian Holguin - Doodles, Asher Rapkin - META).

  Afin d'accélérer notre feuille de route en matière d'innovation et de numérique et d'être au cœur des tendances innovantes, nous avons mis en place une équipe chargée de l'innovation.

  Pour mener à bien sa mission, la Direction de l’Innovation Groupe recrute un stagiaire pour intégrer son équipe Kering Imagination Lab pendant 6 mois à partir d’avril 2023. Son rôle sera d’aider à structurer et diffuser la culture d’innovation au sein des Maisons du groupe et de Kering

  Comment vous allez contribuer

  Diffuser la culture du Kering Imagination Lab en interne : Promouvoir les initiatives du Lab en interne / Contribuer aux différents outils de communication du Kering Imagination Lab (mail, workplace, etc.) et les faire évoluer / Mesurer et mettre en perspective l’impact de chaque session du Lab (NPS, monitoring & tracking)

  Identification des opportunités de développement - Kering Imagination Lab : Trouver des contributeurs internes (Kering) pour intervenir dans le Lab / Participer aux événements de l’écosystème externe / Identifier les contributeurs externes de l'écosystème (partenaires conseil, open-innovation, accelerateur de startups)

  Gestion de projet événementiel - Innovation & Communication & Events : Participer à la co-création de projets/événements innovants, coordonner le projet et assurer le bon déroulement des sessions du Kering Imagination Lab : Travailler avec les différentes parties prenantes du Lab, externes (startups, agences digitales et créatives) et internes (RH, Sustainability, Digital, Tech) / Aider au suivi de l'avancement des projets du Lab / Lancer des projets innovants : coordonner les différentes parties prenantes et gérer l'aspect organisationnel des événements liés au Kering Imagination Lab / Suivi et monitoring des sessions (KPI) / Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction des participants et répondre à leurs attentes

  Gérer la communication de l'équipe d'innovation en interne : Préparer les supports de communication et diversifier l'approche pour communiquer / Participer à l'évolution de la mission du Lab et à son rayonnement interne/externe / Participer aux événements clés de l'écosystème Innovation (identification des startups et des partenaires potentiels du Lab) / Organiser des sessions de partage de connaissances au sein de l'équipe Innovation

  Qui êtes-vous ?

  Formation Bac+5 Master ou équivalent

  Stage antérieur dans le secteur de la stratégie/conseil, Innovation, Communication ou startups (VC, Accélérateurs)

  Être un excellent communiquant avec des facilités à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés, une capacité à gérer différents projets de manière transversale

  Excellent niveau d’Anglais (écrit et oral)

  Une bonne maîtrise des outils de communication

  Autonomie et esprit d’initiative. Avoir un fort potentiel créatif

  Une forte culture de l’Innovation et du Digital

  Un intérêt fort pour le domaine de la communication et l’événementiel

  Maîtrise des outils bureautiques standard (excel, powerpoint, memo word, etc.) et des outils collaboratifs (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)

  Capacité analytique et esprit de synthèse
