      Join our Commercial team as a Key Account Assistant. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Key Accounts team in the daily management of clients, ensuring the proper execution of commercial plans, order tracking, internal coordination, and timely attention to client/team requirements.

      This role is located in Querétaro, México.

      A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

      • Data Gathering and Decision Making: Analyze dashboards and reports to transform business data into actionable, day-to-day decision-making models.
      • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead interactions between CatMan/Insights, planning, and KAM to generate short and long-term ideas that can be turned into business opportunities.
      • Initiative Tracking: Monitor main initiatives and SKUs, identifying trends and deviations, and reviewing sales reports to take appropriate actions.
      • Business Performance Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and report on business performance for key stakeholders, focusing on Snacks and Cereals markets within the customer system.
      • Support the management and tracking of key accounts ( Regional Accounts & Chedraui). Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations, sales reports, promotions, and support materials for client meetings and internal meetings. Extract and manage information from client portals for the creation of presentations and reports.
      • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, demand) to ensure the efficient execution of commercial activities.
      • Support the Categories and Marketing team in product cataloging at the national level through direct collaboration with GS1. Monitor actual and projected billing figures to provide detailed analysis of each client’s situation.
      • Capture and analyze commercial and market information to identify opportunities or alerts. Monitor promotions and activities at the point of sale.Assist in the management of purchase orders, credit notes, and team budget (ANAPLAN).

      We’re Looking for Someone With

      • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 6 months of experience in commercial areas, customer service, or trade marketing (preferably in consumer goods companies).
      • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create tables and dynamic charts from databases using PowerPivot.
      • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer service-focused.
      • Intermediate English
