  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  - Monitor and manage contract performance and client-specific KPIs
  - Identify and manage risks related to poor performance and client satisfaction
  - Liaise between team members and clients to facilitate effective communication and contract execution
  - Drive business development opportunities for existing client accounts in the U.S. and Canada
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role
  - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
  - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  - Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  - Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  - Familiarity with SGS scheduling systems or similar software
