      Responsibilities

      • Manage and own South Korea which is the largest JV market among 17 JV markets

      • Commercial Focus

        • Pipeline management – renewals and conversions

        • Deal approval, especially key conversion and major renewals

        • Due diligence with internal finance team, JV partners, and prepare for executive deal reviews

        • Coordinate with finance team to ensure our plans meet our business needs, budget on deal cash, etc.

        • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability

        • Airline distribution deals – collaborating with Airline Distribution team

      • Ensure all process, systems operate smoothly and align with Sabre quality standards, especially extreme focus in delivering the best customer care

        • Operationalizing JV contracts

        • Product ordering

        • Sabre Host

        • API, Webservices support

        • ADM dispute and reimbursement

        • Host functionality / Solution gaps

        • Application for SR360 Web, at EPR level that is not managed in Sabre Central

        • Highlights of critical SAN Notification

        • Other helpdesk/ product/ solution support matters not resolved by L2 within 1 week

      • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures

        • Contract Invoicing and Billing, CBA management

      • Establish process KPIs and conduct quality assessments

      • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

      • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance

      • Consider the needs of external (JV and Customers) and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

      • Liaison between external (NMC and Customers) and internal (Country Managers)


      Must Have Skills:

      • Previous experience as an Account Management manager, Strategic Partnership, Business Manager or in a similar role

      • Experience with deal modeling

      • Financial acumen with good forecasting modeling skills

      • Experience with databases and proficiency with project management software and knowledge

      • The ability to interpret financials and budgeting

      • Exceptional communication skills at all levels

      • BS in Business Management or relevant field, MBA preferred
