      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and train Help Desk staff and technicians
      - Manage IT Help Desk operations, ensuring efficient support for employees
      - Diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs
      - Oversee IT equipment inventory and deployment of devices
      - Document procedures and maintain user manuals for Help Desk services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of four years of related work experience
      - Strong knowledge of network and system security and administration
      - Ability to deliver solutions in a hybrid environment
      - Exceptional customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a broadcast or multimedia work environment
      - Experience in a higher education setting
      - At least two years of hands-on supervisory experience
