What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide paraprofessional and technical support to the Labor Relations Manager and Specialist
- Conduct investigative searches and gather data to support labor relations activities
- Assist in preparing responses regarding grievances and other labor relations matters
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
- Record minutes and take comprehensive notes during meetings and negotiation sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four years of office experience, including two years in a human resource or related setting, or equivalent education/experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in creating and managing complex spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in professional correspondence and communication etiquette
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with labor relations procedures and collective bargaining processes
