Job Description

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work well with other employees.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Experience with different types of scrap metal.
- Sort, separate, and clean up scrap metal in the yard.
- Run the bailing and shearing machines using metal and cardboard.
- Weigh small scrap orders for customers.
- Ensure a safe work environment and contribute to a highly engaging culture that fosters safety, continuous improvement, teamwork, and trust.
