Job Description
- Req#: 319
- Develop project cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors
- Analyze designs/plans provided to complete take-offs for estimating and pricing purposes
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to determine project costs
- Attend pre-construction meetings to understand the logistics and scope of work to be completed as well as the progress of the estimating process.
- Assist Sales/Exterior AM’s with project presentation to clients when necessary
- Calculate Change Orders associated with a project
- Coordinate & plan to hand off of all landscape installation projects with Exterior Purchasing and Exterior Installations

We are hiring a Landscape Estimator! This position is responsible for take-offs and estimating project costs of Indoor & Outdoor projects. This position will be based out of our Congers, NY (Rockland County) headquarters, but candidates must be willing to travel into New York City for appointments.
