GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Provide before and after school care for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Assist in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for children, while ensuring their health and safety in the educational environment. Ideal candidate will have experience with, or passion for, working with children. Training provided by district. Full-time positions, 5.5 hours per day.
PAY & BENEFITS
Latchkey Assistant salary $16.33 per hour (Team Leader salary is $18.88 per hour) for the 2024-25 school year.
Benefits include SERS retirement, free life insurance, and sick and personal days.Eligible for medical and dental insurance after one (1) year of regular employment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). The HR office is available to assist you with this process.
