      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Asset Management Division, Client Solutions Group team. This role is located in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA - HYBRID.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Analyzing performance and attribution data and producing fund positioning commentary – fixed income, equities, multi-asset
      • Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual performance commentary for a range of segregated portfolios and pooled funds by listening to a range of investment meetings and interpret what motivated the change in the investment positions and how performance may have been impacted.
      • Work closely with various Investment Specialists to understand fund and market performance.
      • Collaborate with onshore on various adhoc requirements and deliver at the highest standards.
      • Work along with the Client Service team on various fund performance and attribution queries

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in performance & attribution analysis, data interpretation, research and producing performance commentaries
      • Excellent knowledge of institutional markets, performance reporting and various product types & investment strategies
      • Ability to analyse and interpret fund performance and attribution data and produce commentary.
      • Ability to organise, prioritise and multi task effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
      • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
